“ We came across Rachel on Facebook and decided to give her a call. My mum just needed some help to maintain an independent as possible life while she waits to go into a home. Rachel has been wonderful. She has helped mum so much. She even sourced us a cheap wheelchair so Mum can have some little trips out. She does exactly what Mum wants.
